CPR/AED Adult and Child

Price: $85 | Time: 3.5 hours | Certification: 2 years American Red Cross

This course prepares individuals to provide care for choking emergencies and perform CPR and use an AED device for victims of sudden cardiac arrest (victims age 12 and up). You’ll also learn when and how to use the emergency medical service (EMS) and how to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

This course also focuses on the special application of cardiac and breathing emergency skills to children as young as 1 year through the age of 12. You’ll learn how to reduce the risk of injury or death by properly identifying breathing and cardiac emergencies and administering the appropriate CPR measures.
