Any information you provide when making purchases and requests (including your name, address, phone number, email, credit card or other bank information) is kept strictly confidential and is never sold to or shared with outside vendors. We use this information only to provide you the services and products you purchased. (i.e. FedEx, UPS, credit companies have access only to the pieces of your information they need in order to complete your transaction.)
Participants must be present for and participate in all parts of the class. Please be on time for your class. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late you will not be admitted to the class. You may call 212-983-5389 or email email@example.com to reschedule for a future class at no additional charge. Please contact us right away if you need to reschedule your class. In the event that you miss your class without calling or emailing in advance to let us know, we will allow you to reschedule once for a future class at no additional cost. If you fail to attend your rescheduled class, then you will lose your payment, and have to re-enroll and pay for the class again.
We do not provide refunds, however If you are unable to attend your class for any reason, please call or email us in advance so that we can reschedule you for a future class of equal value at no additional cost. You may also transfer your credit to a friend or family member at no additional cost. You will have 1 year from the date of your original class to complete your rescheduled class.
